Entrepreneurship OS / Terms

Terms of Use

The terms for using Entrepreneurship OS, collaborating in workspaces, managing your content, and accessing optional services.

Effective: Published: 8 min read

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms govern your use of Entrepreneurship OS, including its public website, venture workspaces, learning resources, and optional services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Entrepreneurship OS is a collaborative tool for founders, innovation teams, advisors, incubators, competition teams, and other builders. It helps organize work and evidence; it does not operate your venture or make decisions on your behalf.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@entrepreneurship.vn.

2. Authority to use the service

You must have the legal capacity and permissions necessary to use the service. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to accept these Terms and manage the information you provide on its behalf. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, obtain that permission before use.

Provide accurate account information and do not impersonate another person. A fictional persona shown in a demo workspace is not an account and does not authorize access.

3. Accounts and authentication

Sign-in is provided through the authentication methods made available by the platform, such as an email verification code or Google. You are responsible for protecting your email, connected sign-in accounts, devices, and session access. Do not share verification codes or use another person’s account without authorization.

Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. We may require reasonable verification before taking account, ownership, or deletion actions. The service cannot guarantee recovery of access where identity or authority cannot be established.

4. Workspace ownership and collaboration

Workspace access is governed by active membership and role. Owners control ownership and role assignments; other roles have the permissions provided by the service. An invitation is intended only for its named recipient and may expire or be revoked.

The person creating or administering a workspace must have authority to share its content and invite its members. Teams should agree who owns their underlying intellectual property and who may approve exports, publication, or external sharing. A workspace role does not itself resolve legal ownership of a venture or its intellectual property.

Owners are responsible for reviewing access when collaborators leave. Transferring workspace ownership should be done deliberately and only to an authorized person. Public website content administration does not automatically grant access to private workspaces.

5. Your content and our limited permission to use it

You retain the rights you hold in the content you contribute. You grant the permissions necessary for Entrepreneurship OS and its service providers to host, store, process, display to authorized participants, copy for backup or recovery, and otherwise handle that content solely to provide and maintain the service and carry out your authorized instructions.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the content, including third-party materials and personal data. Do not upload or disclose information subject to obligations the service cannot support. You are responsible for keeping any independent records your venture requires.

We do not obtain ownership of your venture, ideas, or documents merely because you use the service. You must separately authorize any optional public sharing; a demo label alone does not make a private workspace public.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • break applicable law, infringe intellectual property, or violate another person’s privacy or confidentiality;
  • impersonate people, misrepresent evidence, send abusive invitations, harass others, or distribute unlawful content;
  • bypass authentication, membership checks, plan limits, or other security controls;
  • introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or use the service to attack another system;
  • collect or disclose sensitive personal information without an appropriate purpose and authorization;
  • resell account access or represent yourself as acting for Entrepreneurship OS without permission.

Use reasonable care with source links, exports, interview records, and third-party integrations. Report suspected security issues privately to support rather than exploiting them or exposing other users’ information.

7. Plans, limits, and optional services

Available features and usage limits are shown in the current plan configuration and Pricing page. Limits may apply to workspaces, members, storage, file sizes, exports, and optional AI usage. Archived or deleted records may be treated differently where the service explains that behavior.

The Free plan does not require a purchase. Contact support@entrepreneurship.vn to discuss Premium. No paid subscription or automatic renewal is created merely by opening a Premium page or sending a contact email.

If paid services become available, the applicable price, billing period, taxes where relevant, renewal behavior, cancellation process, and any refund conditions must be disclosed before you agree to a charge. Separate accepted commercial terms may govern a particular purchase. Nothing here creates an undisclosed payment obligation.

Features that depend on providers or security infrastructure may be unavailable until configured. An unavailable feature or setup screen is not a promise that an integration is already operating.

8. AI and connected providers

AI is optional. If enabled, AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review all generated material, verify sources and claims, and obtain human approval before relying on it or incorporating it into important work. AI does not replace professional judgment.

Only send content that you are authorized to provide to the selected provider. Connected services are also governed by their own terms. You are responsible for your accounts with those providers and for charges incurred through your own provider key. Entrepreneurship OS does not add usage fees to requests made with your own OpenAI key.

Managed AI, if offered and configured, is subject to the entitlement and fair-use limits displayed by the service. We do not promise unlimited use or successful responses when a provider is unavailable. Do not submit provider credentials through comments, ordinary documents, or support email.

9. Research, forecasts, and educational materials

Checklists, readiness measures, templates, resources, forecasts, and AI outputs are decision-support tools. They are not legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of funding, profitability, compliance, or venture success.

You are responsible for validating assumptions, interpreting evidence, obtaining necessary research consent, and distinguishing actual results from forecasts. Synthetic examples and demo participants must not be represented as real market evidence. Consult an appropriate professional when your situation requires one.

10. Intellectual property of the service

Entrepreneurship OS and its licensors retain their rights in the service’s software, design, branding, and materials they provide, subject to any stated third-party or open-source licenses. These Terms grant you permission to use the service as provided, not ownership of it.

You may use learning resources and templates in your own venture work. Unless a resource states otherwise, do not resell, redistribute as a competing content product, or claim authorship of the service’s original resources. This does not restrict your ownership of the original work you create using a template.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or integration. Maintenance, provider outages, legal requirements, and technical limits may affect availability.

Features and limits may change. Material changes affecting an accepted paid arrangement must be handled under that arrangement and applicable law. Keep appropriate backups and exports of information important to your venture. The service is not a substitute for your own continuity or recordkeeping obligations.

12. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue, a legal requirement, or a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent protective action may occur before notice.

You may stop using the service at any time. Use available export and deletion tools or contact support to request account deletion. Shared workspaces may require ownership transfer or preservation of information that other participants are entitled to retain. Deleting an account and deleting an entire shared workspace are distinct actions.

Information handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy. Obligations that logically continue, including payment obligations you separately accepted, confidentiality-related duties, intellectual property protections, and applicable dispute provisions, continue to the extent permitted by law.

13. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will achieve your particular business outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions, content, research, external disclosures, and use of third-party services.

To the extent legally permitted, Entrepreneurship OS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss such as speculative profits, missed opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on unverified forecasts or AI output. Any allocation or limitation of responsibility is subject to applicable law and any separate agreement you accepted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply. There is no waiver of rights merely because you contact support or seek an informal resolution.

14. Resolving concerns and applicable law

Please first contact support@entrepreneurship.vn with a clear description of the issue and the account or workspace involved. We will seek a practical resolution in good faith. Do not send sensitive credentials as evidence.

Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. These Terms do not impose a specific arbitration provider, exclusive court, or jurisdiction that has not been identified and accepted. Any dispute-resolution arrangement in a separate commercial agreement applies only to the extent lawful and relevant to that agreement.

15. Updates, language, and operator details

The page displays the effective date of the current Terms. Updates may be needed as features, providers, or legal requirements change. Appropriate notice of material changes will be provided where required. Changes do not retroactively create payment obligations or remove rights that applicable law protects.

English and Vietnamese versions are provided to support understanding. Neither version is intended to reduce the protections in the other. If you identify an inconsistency, contact support for clarification; applicable law and any valid, expressly agreed terms govern.

Entrepreneurship OS is the service name. The operator still needs to confirm its registered legal name, postal address, and any jurisdiction-specific business disclosures. These details have not been supplied and are not inferred from a profile or domain. Contact support if you require them before entering a commercial arrangement.
